ความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปที่ 5 พบวาชื่อ SRPC Model ประกอบดวย
หลักการ วัตถุประสงค ขั้นตอนการเรียนการสอน ไดแก ขั้นศึกษา (Study) ขั้นเรียนรู (Learning) ขั้นฝกฝน
(Practice) และขั้นประมวล (Codify) และการวัดผลประเมินผล 3) ผลการทดลองใชกระบวนการเรียนรูเชิงรุก ดวย
สถานการณจำลองรวมกับการใชสื่อออนไลน เรื่อง พาเที่ยวเมืองสัตหีบ เพื่อเสริมสรางความสามารถในการพูด
ภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปที่ 5 พบวา จากการประเมินความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของ
นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปที่ 5 หลังการใชกระบวนการฯ สูงกวากอนใชกระบวนการฯอยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่
ระดับ .05 4) การประเมินการใชกระบวนการเรียนรูเชิงรุก ดวยสถานการณจำลองรวมกับการใชสื่อออนไลน
เรื่อง พาเที่ยวเมืองสัตหีบ เพื่อเสริมสรางความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปที่ 5
นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยูในระดับมาก

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were 1) to study and analyse contextual conditions,
problems and obstacles regarding the teaching in speaking English of Mathayomsuksa 5 students
2) develop a active learning process with the simulation in combination with the use of online
media, about taking a tour of Sattahip to enhance the English speaking abilities of Mathayomsuksa
5 students 3) To experiment with the active learning process with the simulation in combination
with the use of online media, about taking a tour of Sattahip to enhance the English speaking
abilities of Mathayomsuksa 5 students and 4) students to evaluate the use of the active learning
process. with the simulation in combination with the use of online media, about taking a tour of
Sattahip to enhance the English speaking abilities of Mathayomsuksa 5 students, the target group
is 44 students in Plutaluang Witthaya School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative
Organization. At the semester 1, academic year 2021, the research tools and data collection
were questionnaires on problems and obstacles regarding teaching English speaking, learning
process assessment form, Learning Management Assessment English speaking proficiency test
and a questionnaires to measure students' satisfaction with the active learning process with the
simulation in combination with the use of online media, about taking a tour of Sattahip to
enhance the English speaking abilities of Mathayomsuksa 5 students, the data were analyzed by
means of averages, standard deviation, and t-test (t-test).
The results showed that 1) The results of the study of problems and obstacles in teaching
English speaking Mathayomsuksa 5 found that the number of students in each class was too
